        - the Gerry Weber, Taifun, Brax or NYDJ articles are still in new condition.

        The delivery costs of returning the goods need to be paid by the customer.
        The amount paid will be refunded via Pay Pal as soon as Daphne Fashion online receives
        the returned good(s).

        - If an article is ordered by two persons at the same time, the first order gets priority.
        - Delivery untill exhaustion of stock. If you order an article which is out of stock, Daphne Fashion returns
